Capitalistic Investment Program : Worldwide: $20M, no

required. No upfront fees. 10% of total project cost ($5M minimum) required to be

blocked in a min AA rated account (can be client’s own account). Some projects issued

non-repayable grants, other projects repaid at zero percent interest. Decision made

Worldwide 98 : Worldwide. $50M min, $5B max. Rate of

Prime + 50bps. 98% LTV. All project types considered. 2% must be placed into escrow

after loan approval is issued, as well as a separate $65,000 mitigation fee.

 

   

100% @ 4% : U.S. only. $1M, $1B max. All commercial project types

considered, including acquisition, refinance, and new construction. 100% LTV/LTC

permitted. 30yr fixed loan at 4% interest. 1% of total project costs required to be placed

into escrow after approval is issued. No lender points. 70 to 90 day closing.

 

    

100% Fast International JV : Worldwide. $10M min, no max. Rate of

Libor + 2. All project types considered. 20 to 40% equity participation required.

Typically zero lender points. 14 to 21 day first draw funding. Primary requirement is that

the land is owned free & clear by the project principal.

 

     

Fed Approved Foundation 501(C) JV : Worldwide: $100M min, no

max. 100% LTV permitted. No debt service or repayment of principal required. All

project types considered. Face-to-face meeting with lender encouraged. Principal is

required to deposit a minimum of $20M into a non-depletion account at a top 25 world

bank, in their own name (or another of the Foundation’s banks located in Lichtenstein),

and is issued a Treasury Bond coupon to collateralize their deposit. Foundation will fund

first round draws within two weeks after deposits are complete. 50% equity participation

is required. $20M is released to client after funding completion. Full transparency with

the Foundation. No debt-service, as project will be free and clear after funding.

 

     

Low-entry Profit Share Opportunity : $100K min, $1M max. Weekly payouts. Full transparency and face-to-face meeting with program managers required.

Miscellaneous PPP’s : $1M min, $100M preferred.
